MOSTLY A - Get in Shape!              The best way to start a new year for you is by putting and end to your food affair (put down those donuts now). Trash all thos bad carbs and replace with organic and natural food; we suggest you to start doing some exercise as well - like jogging from your house to the school, not McD. Wish List, to creat your life more better than

            Aren't we all wishing and hoping right now? wishing for a better year for in many aspects of our life, and hoping that we wish for will come true eventually.             Do you have a list of things you want to achieve in 2015? perhaps it is to rise your grade in the subject that has always proved particularly tough for you, or may be get fitter in time for the prom. do you finally want to pluck up the courage to talk to your "crush" or maybe say goodbye to that friend who you know is just not right for you?             Or do you simply want to be an all around better person,including to your friends?             some of us may be have the problem of putting things of until the last minute, while there are those of us - myself included - who always want to get things done ahead of time - way ahead.             I think both types of people need to find the middle ground; you need to get things done on time, but it does not mean pushing yourself at the
